A site address, approximate area, intended outputs, and programme constraints are enough to start. Plans, photos, or an existing model can help sharpen the estimate but are not required.
How quickly can you mobilise?
We can usually arrange an initial call within 48 hours. Site mobilisation depends on access, location, scope, and the agreed programme.
Which file formats can you deliver?
Typical outputs include E57, RCS, RCP, Revit, DWG, IFC, PDF, XYZ, and 360 imagery. Naming, coordinates, and exchange requirements are agreed in the brief.
Can you work with an existing point cloud?
Yes. We can audit, register, clean, and model data captured by your team or another survey partner, with a clear quality-assurance note.
What level of detail should a BIM model have?
That depends on how the model will be used. We recommend defining the decisions, coordination needs, and handover requirements first, then selecting the appropriate LOD.
Do you work with heritage and occupied buildings?
Yes. We plan around access, sensitive finishes, occupants, and conservation constraints, using a calm site-aware process.
How should we prepare the site?
Confirm access, identify restricted areas, share available drawings, and nominate a site contact. We will provide a practical capture checklist before mobilisation.
